Orest (Buddy) Fiume has over 20 years experience as a senior IT executive responsible for all aspects of IT Infrastructure. He has held the position of CTO at Aventis and Nabisco, as well as holding senior client management positions at at&t. Mr. Fiume has extensive experience leading teams responsible for Wide Area and Local Data Networks, voice services, PCs (both hardware and software), databases, data warehouses, systems management, LAN Servers, LAN Operating Systems and virtually all IT infrastructures. A key focus of Fiume's Aventis activity was IT "Convergence" Program, a major set of IT Infrastructure initiatives designed to harmonize and consolidate IT processes and systems on a global scale to both improve end-user satisfaction and produce significant cost savings for Aventis. Prior to Aventis, Mr. Fiume held several senior positions with Nabisco, including Corporate Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, where he acted as the managerial focal point and thought leader regarding all technological strategies, architectures, planning, standards and quality assurance. Fiume has participated in various executive forums and advisory boards. Through September 2007 he was the President and Board Chairman of KII Telecommunications Partners Inc., a consortium of several Fortune 500 Companies and serves as a member of the Board of Advisors for NCR Consumer Goods Manufacturing. John brings a deep background in Corporate Finance. He is currently Managing Member of Paladin Realty Partners, LLC. Previously, John held the position of CFO at W.E. Simon and Sons. He also held the position of CFO at Kohlberg, Kravis and Roberts. John also holds the position of President for KII, the consortium in which The Hastings Group is a member. Rich has over 35 years of experience at at&t, primarily in the Operations and Marketing areas. Rich has extensive experience in vendor support centers, contract negotiations and telecommunications supplier back office practices. Most recently, Rich consulted to both Nabisco and KII on a variety of telecommunications projects and was instrumental in establishing the KII contracts with at&t and Verizon. Rich joined The Hastings Group as Chief Operating Officer in May 2005. From September 1998 through April 2005, Rich successfully grew the Information Technology staffing and outsourcing business for CGI, a Montreal based IT Company, as well as Cognicase and Prisim Consulting Services acquired by CGI. Prior to September 1998, Rich held numerous positions within New Jersey Bell and then at&t, beginning in sales in 1970 and remaining in Marketing, Sales Resourcing, Sales Education and Sales Leadership positions through August of 1998. Rich also held responsibility for at&t's large consortium management, including KII Telecommunications, prior to leaving at&t. William (Bill) Bunavage has over 40 years experience in the telecommunications industry, actively involved in all aspects of IT Infrastructure. Prior to working for The Hastings Group he held the position of Senior Account Manager at at&t, as well as Director of Network Sales for IP Network Solutions. Bill has extensive experience in network design for both voice and data networks and was responsible for sales of Wide Area and Local Data Networks, voice services. Prior to at&t, Bill held several positions with New Jersey Bell and AT&TIS including PBX and Data installer as well as a Customer Service Representative. He performed the function of team leader regarding technological strategies, architectures, planning, standards and quality assurance for fortune 500 accounts. John has a background of 37 years in the telecommunications industry. In his 30 years with at&t he worked the majority of his career in support of network sales as a designer and product specialist in data networking. Prior to joining The Hastings Group in December 2006, John was a data network manager for a large hotel chain.
