As such, KII has tremendous influence with those providers and as a customer of Hastings, that leverage is extended to your company. Hastings' primary mission is to augment its vendor offerings with exceptional service and to do so at prices that are among the lowest in the industry. We accomplish this by "qualifying" potential members to assure that we are positioned to deliver outstanding service. Our intent is to stay focused on the particular needs of a small group of clients, so we can assure outstanding service levels. Hastings service offerings include the full portfolio of products your business may need. Core offerings include domestic, international and intrastate voice services, frame relay, MPLS, switched digital (e.g. ISDN), private line, managed Internet Service and voice and data services. Although Hastings is able to offer prices that are among the lowest in the industry, we are augmenting at&t, Verizon and Sprint branded products with value added services. You won't be entrusting your telecommunications needs to a small local telephone reseller or Internet phone service (as a trade off for low price), rather you will use "industrial strength" business services provided by the three largest telecommunications companies and benefit from the added resource of Hastings highly skilled professional staff. The Hastings Group Telecommunications Service OfferingsThe Hastings Group's service offerings include virtually all at&t, Verizon and Sprint products. As a Hastings member, any problems with your services are directed to a network management center at an "800" number, reserved specifically for Hastings and KII clients. These individuals will know the nuances of your specific network services and they will recognize your company as part of one of their largest and most important customers. Electronic routing features preface call handling to pre-determine repair problem types. Within KII, Hastings is the 5th largest Partner and therefore has a great deal of influence. Hastings is one of 7 companies that are part of the KII Management Committee, which is the group that governs KII. This mandates the suppliers conform to 3rd party audits of KII prices relative to the prevailing marketplace. If, due to market changes, the relative position of KII rates diminishes, the suppliers are required to lower their rates to regain equilibrium.
